The Castmill Dashboard is a web-based management interface built with SolidJS. It is the primary tool for managing your digital signage content, devices, and schedules.
📄️ Content & Media
The Content section is the hub for all your digital signage assets. It provides an overview of your resource usage and links to the individual content pages.
📄️ Playlists
Playlists are ordered sequences of widget instances that play on your devices. Each item in a playlist has a duration and a configuration that controls what is displayed.
📄️ Channels
Channels define when playlists play on your devices. Each channel has a weekly calendar where you schedule playlist entries across time slots.
📄️ Devices
Devices represent the physical screens that display your digital signage content. The Devices page lets you register new devices, view their status, and configure what they show.
📄️ Layouts
Layouts define multi-zone screen arrangements — they let you divide a screen into rectangular regions, each playing its own playlist simultaneously.
📄️ Usage & Quotas
The Usage page shows your organization's resource consumption relative to your plan limits. It provides a clear picture of how close you are to your quotas.
📄️ Settings
The Settings page lets you manage your account, security credentials, and preferences.
📄️ Tags
Tags are color-coded labels that help you organize resources across the dashboard. You can tag medias, playlists, channels, and devices, then use tags to filter and group content.
